The men's 100 metre butterfly event, included in the swimming competition at the 2005 Maccabiah Games, took place on 10 July, at the Wingate Institute. In this event, swimmers covered four lengths of the 50-metre (160 ft) Olympic-sized pool employing the butterfly stroke.
