Swiss neutrality

Swiss neutrality refers to the official policy of Switzerland of neutrality in armed conflicts. Like Sweden's policy of neutrality, it has held this position since the aftermath of the Napoleonic Wars; in Switzerland's case, the Treaty of Paris in 1815 established its neutrality.
