Syarhey Kantsavy (Belarusian: Сяргей Канцавы; Russian: Серге́й Концевой; born 21 June 1986) is a Belarusian professional footballer. As of 2016, he plays for Belshina Bobruisk. His older brother Artem Kontsevoy is also a professional footballer.
