Sylvain Dufresne (born July 24, 1978) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who currently plays for the Yertis Pavlodar of the Kazakhstan Hockey Championship.[1]
Dufresne played four seasons (1995 – 1999) of major junior hockey in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, scoring 63 goals and 83 assists for 146 points, and earning 351 penalty minutes in 282 games played.
Dufresne won the 2008 Danish Champion while playing with the Herning Blue Fox.[2]
