Sylvestre Nsanzimana

Sylvestre Nsanzimana (born 5 January 1936) served as Prime Minister of Rwanda[1] from 12 October 1991 to 2 April 1992. He was born in Gikongoro Province.[2]

He also served as Rwanda's Foreign Minister from 1969 to 1971.
