Sylvia Boye is a Ghanaian woman, former Chief Executive and first female Registrar of the West African Examination Council.[1]
Education
Sylvia Boye had her secondary education at the Wesley Girls' Senior High School in Cape Coast.[2] She also hold a Bachelor of Arts and LLD from the University of Ghana.[3]
