Syntypistis subgriseoviridis is a species of moth of the Notodontidae family. It is found in China (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu).[2]

The larvae feed on Carya cathayensis.
