Szymon Daniel Zachwieja (born June 8, 1982) of the GP GOPR is a Polish ski mountaineer.
He started ski mountaineering in 2004 and competed first in a race in Rabka in the same year. In 2007 he won the Polish Championship, and together with Jacek Żebracki, Andrzej Bargiel and Mariusz Wargocki, he finished eighth in the relay event of the 2009 European Championship of Ski Mountaineering. He lives in his hometown Szczawnica.[1] He works in Fire Rescue Unit State Fire Service (SFS) in Rabka-Zdrój.
