Raja Singh is a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Hyderabad, representing the assembly constituency of Goshamal. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janta Party, functioning also as the party whip for Telangana.[1]
Cases
Raja Singh, who is known for his right-wing activities, has several legal cases filed against him; it is alleged that these were based on political rivalry. He has been arrested several times.[2]
On 18 October 2015, his car was attacked by 10 to 15 people in Jhirra.[3] No one was injured.
On 25 February 2016, Singh was charged with hate speech.[4]
