TNA Against All Odds
Against All Odds was an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event held by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in the month of February. It was established in 2005 as TNA's fourth pay-per-view event as part of the inaugural series of monthly pay-per-views put on by the promotion. All Against All Odds PPVs but one have been held at the Impact! Zone. In December 2012, TNA announced that the event was canceled.

Zone in Orlando, Florida. It was the second event under the Against All Odds chronology. Eight matches were featured on the event's card.
- Pre-Show match: Ron Killings defeated A-1 (01:43)
- Killings pinned A-1 after an axe kick.
- Pre-Show match: Lance Hoyt, Cassidy Riley and Shark Boy defeated Shannon Moore and The Diamonds in the Rough (Elix Skipper and David Young) (with Simon Diamond) in six-man tag team match (05:49)
- Hoyt pinned Skipper after a Texas Tower Bomb.
- The Naturals (Andy Douglas and Chase Stevens) defeated Austin Aries and Roderick Strong (10:29)
- Douglas pinned Aries after the Natural Disaster.
- Jay Lethal defeated Matt Bentley (with Traci), Alex Shelley and Petey Williams in a four-way match (10:30)
- Lethal pinned Williams with a bridged pin after Bentley hit Williams with a back body drop.
- The James Gang (B.G. James and Kip James) defeated The Latin American Exchange (Homicide and Machete) (with Konnan) (05:59)
- B.G. pinned Machete after a pumphandle drop.
- After the match, LAX attacked The James Gang until B.G.'s father Bob Armstrong came to the rescue.
- America's Most Wanted (Chris Harris and James Storm) (with Gail Kim) defeated Chris Sabin and Sonjay Dutt to retain the NWA World Tag Team Championship (10:43)
- Storm pinned Dutt after the Death Sentence.
- Rhino defeated Abyss (with James Mitchell) in a Falls Count Anywhere match (15:25)
- Rhino pinned Abyss after a Gore off the stage area and through four tables.
- Samoa Joe defeated A.J. Styles and Christopher Daniels in a 3-Way Dance to retain the TNA X Division Championship (16:07)
- Joe pinned Styles after a Muscle Buster.
- Team 3D (Brother Ray and Brother Devon) defeated Team Canada (Bobby Roode and Eric Young) (with Coach D'Amore) (13:12)
- Ray pinned Young after a 3D.
- After the match, America's Most Wanted and Team Canada attacked Team 3D until Ron Killings made the save.
- Christian Cage defeated Jeff Jarrett (with Gail Kim) to win the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (16:14)
- Cage pinned Jarrett after an Unprettier.
- Earlier in the evening Larry Zbyszko warned that anybody interfering in the main event would be fired. During the match, Gail Kim hit Cage with Jarrett's guitar, but she was never fired.

- Kazarian pinned Lethal after Matt hit a superkick.
- After the match, Raven hit Kazarian, Matt and Havok with a kendo stick.
- The Latin American Exchange (Homicide and Hernandez) defeated Team 3D (Brother Ray and Brother Devon) in a Little Italy Street Fight (09:26)
- Hernandez pinned Devon after a Border Toss.
- Senshi defeated Austin Starr (8:21)
- Senshi pinned Starr.
- After the match, Starr slapped Bob Backlund (who was watching the match from ringside) and Backlund put Starr in the Crossface Chicken Wing.
- Christy Hemme defeated "Big Fat Oily Guy" in a Tuxedo match (02:29)
- After the match, Kip James ran in and stripped off Hemme's tuxedo.
- Lance Hoyt (with David Eckstein) defeated Dale Torborg (with A.J. Pierzynski) in a Basebrawl (05:04)
- Hoyt pinned Torborg after a Texas Tornado Slam, preceded by a steel chair shot from Eckstein.
- Originally Torborg had won when Pierzynski hit Hoyt with the chair but the referee restarted the match after finding about the chair shot.
- A.J. Styles defeated Rhino in a Motor City Chain match (15:07)
- Styles pinned Rhino after Styles moved and Rhino hit a Gore through a table.
- Chris Sabin defeated Jerry Lynn to retain the TNA X Division Championship (13:33)
- Sabin pinned Lynn while using the ropes for leverage.
- James Storm and Jacqueline Moore defeated Petey Williams and Gail Kim in a mixed tag team match (08:49)
- Moore pinned Kim after Storm collided into Kim.
- After the match, Chris Harris returned and chased Storm and Moore from the ring.
- Sting defeated Abyss (with James Mitchell) in a Prison Yard match (11:57)
- Sting won by putting Abyss in the cage, after Sting powerbombed Abyss through a table with a barbwired covered board on top.
- After the match, Sting attacked Mitchell.
- Christian Cage defeated Kurt Angle to retain the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (19:02)
- Cage pinned Angle after a steel pipe shot, followed by an Unprettier.
- During the match, Tomko and Steiner interfered on Cage's behalf.
- Samoa Joe was at ringside as the unofficial outside enforcer.
