Tadayo Fukuo (福王 忠世 Fukuo Tadayo, born May 6, 1984 in Nishinomiya, Hyōgo) is a Japanese footballer. He currently plays for Fujieda MYFC.[1]
He was a member of U-17 Japan national football team for 2001 FIFA U-17 World Championship.[2]
