Takayo Kondo
Takayo Kondo (近藤 高代 Kondō Takayo, born 17 November 1975 in Ōtsu, Shiga) is a Japanese athlete specialising in the pole vault.[1] She competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics and three consecutive World Championships each time failing to qualify for the final. She was the gold medalist at the 2000 Asian Athletics Championships.[2]
She has personal bests of 4.35 metres outdoors and 4.20 metres indoors.
