"Take It From Me" is the 1992 debut dance-pop track recorded by the Australian act Girlfriend. The track, taken from the debut album Make It Come True, reached number one on 17 June 1992 (where it spent 2 weeks during its 17 week run) and would be the quintet's only number one and top five single in Australia.[1] It also reached number 47 in the UK, also in 1992.
