TalentSprint TalentSprint is involved in professional skill development and integrated talent management for the Information Technology, Banking and Education sectors. Funded by NSDC and Nexus Ventures, the company conducts industry-linked skill programs across multiple channels such as skill centers, online, and college campuses.[1] National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has given it a mandate [2] to skill 500,000 students by 2020.[3]
History
TalentSprint was founded in December 2008. Funded by, National Skill Development Corporation (Govt. of India initiative) and Nexus Venture Partners. TalentSprint has a presence in the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana and West Bengal.

- TechnoChoice: TechnoChoice offers skill enhancement to young graduates seeking careers in IT/Software.
- BankersChoice:[4] BankersChoice offers skill enhancement to young graduates seeking careers in Banking and Financial Services. Their programs prepare job seekers for the common banking tests, as well as impart operational knowledge, sales and marketing skills, interview skills, and soft skills.
- TeachersChoice:[5] TeachersChoice is a large scale development program that trains and places teaching professionals and recent college graduates to be teachers in urban schools.
- SuperCampus:[6] SuperCampus trains students in employability skills while they are still in college with an emphasis on technical programs, industry projects, soft skills, and aptitude training.
- TenXLabs: TenXLabs, a unit of TalentSprint is one of the pure play software testing services companies focused solely on software testing and Quality Assurance (QA) for new age digital enterprises.

Founders
- Madhu Murty Ronanki: Madhu is the President and Director of TalentSprint. He heads college employability programs. He is also a motivational speaker on college campuses. Madhu earlier headed Accenture’s Testing practice in India with more than 3600 practitioners. He also held key leadership positions at Virtusa, AppLabs, and Baan India.
- Dr. Santanu Paul: Santanu is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of TalentSprint. He is a popular corporate speaker and writer. He is an alumnus of IIT-Madras and has a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Prior to TalentSprint, he held key leadership positions across USA and India, at IBM R&D, Openpages and Virtusa.
- J.A. Chowdary: JA is the Chairman of TalentSprint. He is a contributor to the development of the IT sector and entrepreneur eco-system in Hyderabad, he served earlier as MD at NVIDIA India and Portal Player India, and was Founding Director of STP India.
