Tamara Syomina (born 25 October 1938) is a Russian film actress. She appeared in more than forty films since 1959.
Biography
Born October 25, 1938 in Lgov, Kursk Oblast.
She graduated from the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (1961, actor's workshop Olga Pyzhova).
Since 1961 - actress Studio Theatre of film actor.
People's Artist of the RSFSR (1978).
Tamara Syomina was born in a family of a soldier, tank platoon commander Peter Fedorovich Bokhonov. In childhood Tamara tragically broke the Great Patriotic War - on the front of my father was killed.[1] In 1942 my mother, Tamara, was evacuated with two young children, and later came to the grandparents in Bryansk, where Tamara went to school.
In 1946 there was a meeting with Tamara Pyotr Vasilievich Syomin, who adopted children and became for them a loving father and a true friend. In gratitude, he bears his name, Tamara.
Soon Tamara and Pyotr Vasilevich with children moved to Kaluga, closer to his mother. Tamara studied here at school until the 8th grade, then the question arose a job. Tamara really wanted to learn to go to college, and decided to go to school for working youth. In school, working youth (SHRM) № 2, it became both a pupil and a librarian, and a secretary.
With teachers Tamara lucky literature, for example, taught the young Bulat Okudzhava. Mentors predicted Tamara educational path, but at heart she dreamed of something else. She enters the Kaluga Pedagogical Institute, but then picks up the documents and went to Moscow, decided to become an actress.
In Moscow, Tamara took almost mystical story - trolley brought her, not knowing quite strange city, straight to VGIK. At the entrance exam papers are not accepted, but the acting dean of the faculty still persuaded the commission to make an exception for Tamara.
Familiarity with the movie happened quickly - on the 1st course Semin starred in films by young directors diplom and operators. She played at the Andrei Sakharov in the eccentric comedy Man Overboard; on the 2nd course was her meeting with the young, but already known Marlen Khutsiev in the film Two Fedor; 3 rd year Semina coped with complex dramatic role in the movie It all starts with the road Azarov.
While studying at VGIK Semina almost all the teachers predicted a bright future is on comedy career. And she made a career primarily as a dramatic actress. Opened it in this role director Mikhail Schweitzer, who in 1959 invited Semina on the role Katusha Maslova in the film adaptation of Leo Tolstoy's novel Resurrection.
On the set Schweitzer and Milkina, his wife and indispensable assistant, constantly took care of the young actress, helped her advice and friendship. Once Schweitzer, noting that Semin is too thin, asked if she read Tolstoy's novel: it Katusha Maslova - woman rather large, even stout. Personal life
Married Syomina entered the 2nd course of his fellow student of VGIK, Vladimir Prokofiev and remained faithful to him all his life, until the end of his days. Unlike his wife, Prokofiev, has undeniable talent, did not become widely known in the cinematic medium. However, the audience is familiar his voice. For more than thirty years Prokofiev dubbed movies on Gorky Film Studio. Since the late 1980s, Syomina little starred in the movie, in 1988 her husband had a stroke, and the next 17 years Tamara Petrovna devoted care of her husband. After his death, September 25, 2005 from the effects of a stroke married Syomina did not go out. Children have no actress.[2]
