Operations

The group structure comprises two main divisions:

Tandem Group Cycles

The Claud Butler division designs, manufactures and distributes bicycles and bicycle accessories under the Boss, Claud Butler, CBR, British Eagle, Elswick, Exile, Falcon Cycles, Holdsworth, Scorpion, Stinky Bitz and Townsend brands.

The Dawes Cycles division designs, manufactures and distributes bicycles and bicycle accessories under the Barrosa, Dawes and Dirty brands.

MV Sports & Leisure

MV Sports and Leisure owns and licenses various rights to design, develop and distribute sporting goods products under various brands, including: Ben Sayers, Hedstrom, Pot Black, Kickmaster, Ben 10, Ben 10 Ultimate Alien, Ben and Holly's Little Kingdom, Bob the Builder, Doctor Who, Fireman Sam, Generator Rex, Grow & Go, Little Charley Bear, London Olympic & Paralympic Games 2012, Mike The Knight, Octonauts, Peppa Pig, Power Rangers Samurai, Raa Raa The Noisy Lion, Rastamouse*, Star Wars, Stunted, Avengers, Thomas & Friends, Thundercats, Tinga Tinga Tales, Transformers Prime.

Pro Rider

Pro Rider sells sport products and mobility vehicles.

E.S.C. (Europe) Ltd

The company is an producer and online distributor of; Gazebos, Party Tents and camping equipment through its brands Airwave and Windbar, home products with the Jack Stonehouse brand, fishing accessories through Carpzone and snap frames through the Snap Frames website.

History

In August 2014 the group purchased Pro Rider Mobility Limited for £2.5M with additional consideration up to £1 million[2]

On the 2nd September 2015 the group took-over E.S.C (Europe) Ltd in a deal of £2.1 million with additional consideration of up to £750,000.[3][4]
