Tangi Valley
Tangi Valley (also known as Wardak Valley or Tangi Wardak) is located in the south of Wardak Province in Afghanistan. It is devoid of central government process[1] and is known for its resistance to invasion for the past two thousand years.[2]
The Battle of Derapet[3] and the Chinook Tragedy[4] took place in the Tangi Valley.
