Tantu is a 1993 Kannada novel by novelist S.L. Bhyrappa.[1] Tantu ( meaning 'cord' or 'links') means relations or links between human emotions.[2]
This has a journalist, and author mentioned that for building a journalist's character in his socio-political treatise Tantu, he spent time at the Times of India office in Mumbai and the Daily Mirror office in London.[3]
The book is a philosophical novel, throws the light on Indian education, moral, political and social system [4][5]
