Tapeswaram is a village in East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. The temple of Lord Shiva in Tapeswaram has a great importance like Lord Vishwanath Temple in Kashi (Varanasi). It is well known for a sweet delicacy called Tapeswaram Kaja.
