Tarcisius Van Bavel

Tarcisius Van Bavel, O.S.A., (1923–2007) Roman Catholic priest and Augustinian friar, one was of the most important scholars in the thought of St. Augustine of Hippo.

Van Bavel was Director of the Augustinijn Historisch Instituut in Heverlee, Belgium and Professor of Theology at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium.[1]
