Tarimul is a small village on the banks of Sendhei River in the Kendujhar District of Orissa, India. It lies at a distance of 12 km. from Anandapur, 90 km. from the district headquarters Kendujhar and 160 km. from Bhubaneswar, the state capital.
It is a village within the Ghasipura Block of Anandapur Subdivision. The people of the village are Hindus. Most of the people are farmers, a few work in Government and Private sectors. The majority of youths in the village are engaged in various types of businesses.
The neighbourhood villages are Deogaon,Bhandaridiha,Rekutia,Kantarohi,Khalana.

The village is located on the banks of the Sendhei. It has a unique place in the culture of the Kendujhar district. Santh Sri Suka Das baba's birthplace and an ideal village in the Locality
Culture & Festivals
The village celebrates almost all Hindu Festivals. Tarimul is mostly famous for Festivals like Makar Sankranti, Agira Purnima, Ganesh Puja, Holi, Dipavali Celebrates vastly.
Makar Sankrant, Festival of the Prime Goddess of the Village MAA MANGALA Celebrate for Two days, people from neighboring villages comes to participate in the festival, People worship Maa Mangal to fulfill their Wishes.
Agira Purnia is another big festival which celebrates for 5 days before the full moon day. all the people from child to old participate in the occasion. Cultural and spiritual programmes are organizes by the village committee
