Tarnawa Dolna is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zagórz, within Sanok County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.^[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Zagórz, 9 km (6 mi) south of Sanok, and 65 km (40 mi) south of the regional capital Rzeszów.

In 2006 the village had a population of 940.
