Taro Sugimoto (born 12 February 1996 in Gifu, Japan) is a Japanese football player who since 2014 has played midfield for Kashima Antlers in J. League Division 1.^[1] He also played for team Japan in the 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup in their run to the round of 16.^[2]
