Telecom data intelligence
Telecom data intelligence (TDI), is the ability of a telco (mobile operator and/or fixed line carrier), to extract detailed customer-profiling data from the data that is generated in the network combined with the data that is collected directly from the customers, by engaging customers online through an enhanced VAS customer experience.
TDI provides business intelligence to the Telco to allow them to monetise this data; and visibility to the enterprise on costs and usage while also providing a self-serve portal.
