Teresa Mosqueda
Teresa Mosqeda is legislative and policy director for the Washington State Labor Council (the Washington branch of the AFL-CIO), the Chair of the Healthy Washington Coalition and a member of the board of Washington’s health exchange.
In November 2013 she was the only board member who voted against increasing the salary of the health exchange’s CEO by 13%[1]
Education
Mosqueda received an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, and a Master of Public Administration degree from The Evergreen State College.
