The Territorial Prelature of Marawi (Latin: Praelatura Territorialis Maraviensis) is a Roman Catholic territorial prelature under the Ecclesiastical province of Ozamis in the Philippines.
It comprises parishes in the minority Catholic community of Marawi City and four (4) municipalities of in the Lanao Provinces with significant Catholic population: Malabang and Balabagan in Lanao del Sur, and Sultan Naga Dimaporo and Baloi in Lanao del Norte).

- November 20, 1976: Established as the Territorial Prelature of Marawi from the Territorial Prelature of Iligan
