Terron Millett (born June 28, 1968 in St Louis, Missouri) was a professional boxer in the Welterweight division and former IBF Light Welterweight Champion.[1]

Amateur career

Millett was the 1991 National Golden Gloves Light welterweight champion.

Pro career

Known as "The Tramp", Millett turned pro in 1993 won the IBF Light Welterweight Title with a 5th round TKO over Vince Phillips in February 1999. He defended the title against Virgil McClendon, courtesy of a 12th round TKO, but was stripped of his belt shortly afterwards. In 2000, he tried to regain his belt but lost to Zab Judah in a 4th round TKO in which Millett dropped Judah in the 1st.[2] Although he never fought again for another title, he later fought and lost to Arturo Gatti, Ricardo Williams Jr, and Michael Stewart before retiring in 2003.[3]
