Tetrarhanis stempfferi, Stempffer’s on-off, is a butterfly in the Lycaenidae family. It is found in Liberia, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, the Republic of Congo, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda and Kenya.[2] The habitat consists of primary forests.
