Tevfik Arif is a Kazakh-born, New York City-based property developer.
Early life
Tevfik Arif was born in Kazakhstan.[1]
Career
Arif worked for the Soviet Ministry of Commerce and Trade, where he was in charge of hotel management for seventeen years.[1][2] He subsequently opened and managed the Labada hotel in Turkey.[1][2]

Arif is the founder of the Bayrock Group, a New York City-based real estate development company.[1][2] With billionaire businessman Donald Trump, he developed the Trump SoHo in Manhattan.[1][3] He also developed the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.[4]
Personal life
Arif resides in Port Washington, New York.[4]
