The Texas League Mike Coolbaugh Memorial Coach of the Year Award is an annual award given to the best coach in minor league baseball's Texas League. In 2007, Scott Coolbaugh, brother of the late Mike Coolbaugh, for whom the award is named, won the first ever Mike Coolbaugh Memorial Coach of the Year Award. Five winners have been pitching coaches and four have been hitting coaches.

Two coaches from the Corpus Christi Hooks, Frisco RoughRiders, and Northwest Arkansas Naturals have been selected for the award, more than any other teams in the league, followed by the Arkansas Travelers, Midland RockHounds, and San Antonio Missions (1).

Two coaches each from the Houston Astros, Kansas City Royals, and Texas Rangers Major League Baseball (MLB) organizations have won the award, more than any others, followed by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Oakland Athletics, and San Diego Padres organizations (1).
