Tha Pha Pum (Thai: ท่าผาปุ้ม) is a village and tambon (subdistrict) of Mae La Noi District, in Mae Hong Son Province, Thailand.[1] In 2005 it had a total population of 4052 people. The tambon contains 8 villages.
