TheCarConnection.com is an American car research and information website.[2] It was established in 1997 and acquired in 2007 by High Gear Media, an automotive publishing company based in Menlo Park, California.[3][4]

The website provides car ratings, reviews and news, as well as information about vehicle prices, options, and specifications.[5] In 2012, the website launched a classifieds section for new and used vehicles for sale.[6]

TheCarConnection.com provides a score for each vehicle it reviews, called the TCC Rating. As of 2013, the site was getting 35 per cent of traffic from mobile devices. It also produces iPhone, iPad and Android apps.[7]
