The Burning Moon is a 1992 German splatter film directed by Olaf Ittenbach. The film depicts a juvenile delinquent reading two highly gruesome bedtime stories to his young sister, the first involving a blind date who turns out to be a serial killer and the second following a raping, murdering priest who is sent to hell and tortured extensively in the film's most notorious sequence.
