The Carnival Bizarre is the third album by British doom metal band Cathedral. It was recorded in Nottingham, England. The album was re-released in Australia in August 2008.

Reception

The album has enjoyed highly positive reviews from many music critics. Allmusic and Sputnikmusic were very impressed with this release and both gave the album four and a half stars out of five. Terrorizer Magazine gave the album eight and a half stars out of ten and Spirit of Metal scored the release eighteen points out of twenty.
