The Condemned 2 (also known as The Condemned 2: Desert Prey) is a 2015 American action film directed by Roel Reiné and released by WWE Studios. The film stars Randy Orton, Eric Roberts, Wes Studi and Steven Michael Quezada. It is the sequel to the 2007 action film The Condemned starring Stone Cold Steve Austin. This is the second film between Randy Orton and Roel Reiné, they both worked together previously in the 2013 film 12 Rounds 2: Reloaded. The film was released in select theaters across the United States, and on demand on November 6, 2015.

Plot

A former bounty hunter who finds himself on the run as part of a revamped Condemned tournament, in which convicts are forced to fight each other to the death as part of a game that's broadcast to the public.

On November 4, 2014, Randy Orton took time off from WWE television. New Mexico Film Office Director Nick Maniatis announced on November 12, 2014 that “The Condemned 2,” produced by WWE Studios, Inc., and Lions Gate Films, Inc., will begin principal photography in New Mexico.

The film was shot in Albuquerque and Zia Pueblo, New Mexico from November 14 until December 15, 2014. The production has employed at least 80 New Mexico crew members, 22 New Mexico actors, 10 local stunt players and approximately 200 local background actors.
