The English International School, Prague is a fee-paying, international day school for pupils aged 2 to 18 years. The school was founded in 1995 and moved into a brand new, state-of-the-art campus in the district of Prague 4 in 2007. The Principal of the school is Stephen Rogers who joined in 2013 from The British school, Al Khubairat, an international school in Abu Dhabi. The teaching staff are recruited from overseas and are primarily UK trained. Facilities on offer at the new campus include an indoor sports hall, a drama studio and theatre, ICT suites, 2 libraries, and extensive outdoor grounds including a large sports field. The new campus was officially opened by The Princess Royal on an official visit to the Czech Republic in October 2007.

In 2015, Nord Anglia Education announced a global collaboration with The Juilliard School to enrich performing arts education in its schools.[1] The English International School Prague became one of our 10 pioneering schools to begin embedding this collaboration in its performing arts teaching, commencing in September 2015.[2]

The school uses the National Curriculum of England, and offers IGCSEs at 16 and the IB Diploma at 18. Students at the English International School Prague are well known in the city for their exceptionally high academic results.[3]

It is owned by Nord Anglia Education, which runs 43 schools internationally, educating more than 34,000 students in 15 countries.
