"The Ghost of the Grotto" is a 26-page funny animal comic book story written, drawn, and lettered by Carl Barks. It was first published in Four Color #159 (August 1947) with the 25-page Carl Barks comic book story, "Adventure Down Under". The cover and both stories have been reprinted many times.
Plot
Donald Duck and his nephews go sailing on a boat and Dewey gets kidnapped by a man in armor. Donald, Huey and Louie have to rescue him with the help of a squirt gun and a mouse named Montmorency Rodent. The mysterious man is revealed to be the latest guardian of the treasure of Sir Francis Drake.
