The Jadavpur Association of International Relations
The Jadavpur Association of International Relations (JAIR) is an association of scholars and practitioners of international relations in India. The Association since its inception has focused on India's Look East Policy and played an important role in gathering practitioners, diplomats, and scholars in the field of area studies. It has also played a significant role in promoting the prospects of peace and connectivity between India and its southern and southeastern neighbours. The Association was formally launched on 28 February 2008. JAIR publishes a peer-reviewed journal, the JAIR Journal of International Relations, supported by ICSSR, in New Delhi.[1]
