- Junior: a fish, who gets his name because he is the adopted son of Maurice. He's usually in his bowl, under the arm of the Maurice.
- Miguel: the personality of a simple-minded innocent child in a body of a gorilla! His primary goal in life is eating bananas.
- Gilbert: a Tarsier, he's the brains of the bunch, always stays on his branch, and often in very bad mood.
- Batricia: a female bat with a big heart and a tendency to make gaffes.
- Al and Bob: two toads that have distinct personalities but share the same friends, the same pond, and the same passions.
