The Kelly File is an American news television program hosted by journalist and former attorney Megyn Kelly on the Fox News Channel. The program is a spinoff of The O'Reilly Factor, and focuses on late-breaking stories in a live format as well as news analysis and in-depth investigative reports interspersed with newsmaker interviews.[1][2]

The program airs Monday through Friday live from 9:00 pm – 10:00 pm ET. It is rebroadcast from 12:00 am – 1:00 am ET, however in the event of a breaking news story, the 12:00 am rebroadcast is replaced with an additional live show. A pre-recorded Sunday edition also airs, featuring the top story of the week.
