Background
Reindeer Games Era (2014 - 2015)
In a February 2014 interview ICP stated that they are hoping to work with some groups they have been wanting to work with for a while. In March 2014 DJ Paul announced that DM6 has been traveling to Detroit to work on a collaboration album with ICP. In a June 2014 interview Jumpsteady said that Psychopathic is working with some new groups on the label, and that an album by one of them and should be out in 2014. A few days later Psychopathic Records announced that ICP and DM6 have been working on an album. During ICP's 2014 GOTJ seminar they announced that the group is called The Killjoy Club, and that they will release their debut album "Reindeer Games" on September 2, 2014, and that a "majority of the songs, have Otis from AMB on them". ICP went on a tour titled "ShockFest Tour" with DM6, Mushroomhead, Jelly Roll and Madchild. The Killjoy Club did a two song set on the tour to close out the show. The Killjoy Club's first single was titled "Panic Mode" and was on the PSYR17 sampler given away at the 2014 GOTJ. The group has also appeared on Da Mafia 6ix's new album "Watch What U Wish" on the song "Mosh Pit" which is actually considered a Killjoy Club song all except for Crunchy Black.
In April 2015 Crunchy Black was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada for attempting to walk across the street while the "no walk" light was on, (jaywalking), and was caught in possession of meth, and providing a false name. Those charges were added to his past charges, resulting in two warrants for his arrest. The former warrant was issued for evasion of a court hearing scheduled for November 2014. He was accused of assaulting his then girlfriend in March 2014 in a St. Cloud, Minnesota hotel room. When searched in the hotel room, he was in possession of crack cocaine in his pockets, and was charged with two counts of domestic abuse, and one count of drug possession. After pleading guilty to a misdemeanor drug possession on April 29, 2015 he is now serving 7 consecutive months in jail (30 days for drug possession, 6 months for domestic abuse).[1] Resulting in this means the group is on temporary hiatus, as well as Da Mafia 6ix, until he is out of prison in November 2015. On October 1, 2015 it was reported by DJ Paul that Da Mafia 6ix and The Killjoy Club member Koopsta Knicca was in need of action by going into serious surgery. The following day it was disclosed that Koopsta Knicca had suffered a stroke, in turn causing him to have a brain aneurysm. On October 8, 2015, DJ Paul said that the doctor had called him and said that Koopsta Knicca had died at 12:55 A.M.
Continuation (2016 - present)
On the official flyer for the first day of The Juggalo Day Weekend it was announced that on the first night there will be JCW matches and a set by The Killjoy Club (Violent J & Shaggy 2 Dope of Insane Clown Posse, DJ Paul & Crunchy Black of Da Mafia 6ix and Otis/Young Wicked of Axe Murder Boyz). The second night ICP will perform the entire Ringmaster album. At the GOTJ 2015 it was announced that Capitol E will perform on the songs that he did on Ringmaster. Also on the official flyer it was announced that Esham, and two other acts will perform. Since Koopsta Knicca died last year (October 9, 2015), it has been speculated that former Three 6 Mafia/Da Mafia 6ix member/founder, Juicy J may join The Killjoy Club.
