The Monk (1969 film)
The Monk was a made-for-television movie that aired on the ABC Movie of the Week. It was classified as a suspense thriller and was set and filmed in San Francisco. It was first broadcast on October 21, 1969.
Plot
Underworld attorney Leo Barnes hires Gus Monk to safeguard a valuable envelope containing information on a mobster. Monk refuses — until he meets Mrs. Barnes and jumps on a merry-go-round of viciousness and murder.
