Moving Picture Company
The Moving Picture Company (MPC) is a global visual effects studio creating digital visual effects and computer animation for feature films, commercials, music videos and television. A wholly owned subsidiary of Technicolor, MPC has facilities in London, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Montreal, New York, Bangalore, Amsterdam, Mexico City, Paris, and Shanghai.
Recent film projects include The Revenant (Alejandro G. Iñárritu), The Martian (Ridley Scott), Cinderella (Kenneth Branagh), Exodus: Gods and Kings (Ridley Scott), Furious 7 (James Wan), Godzilla (Gareth Edwards), Maleficent (Robert Stromberg), and Guardians of the Galaxy (James Gunn). Recent commercials that MPC have worked on include iconic John Lewis Christmas campaigns; 'Monty's Christmas', 'Snowman' and 'The Long Wait', both Ikea campaigns; 'Beds' and 'T-shirts', along with award winning Assassins Creed IV 'Black Flag', Lacoste 'The Big Leap', and multiple Lurpak and Channel 4 campaigns. Other historical work includes Channel 4 'Meet The Superhumans', Evian 'Skating Babies', Three 'Pony' and the iconic VW Golf 'Singing in the Rain' with Gene Kelly.
