The New Screen Savers is a weekly online TV show hosted by Leo Laporte on the TWiT.tv network. The show is a spiritual successor of The Screen Savers on TechTV.[1] On The New Screen Savers Laporte is typically joined by one of a rotating group of Twit.TV co-hosts including Megan Morrone, Mike Elgan (through December 8, 2015), Jason Howell, Father Robert Ballecer and Bryan Burnett.[2] The show occasionally is co-hosted by guest hosts such as Jason Callicanus or Jason Snell.

The program is produced in the TWiT "brickhouse" studios in Petaluma, California, USA.[3] The show is streamed live on Saturdays at 3:00 P.M. PST. Beginning with the first show of 2016, the show opener was reduced in length by 22 seconds. The edits consisted primarily with the removal of the identifying individual shots of all the regular show hosts except LaPorte. The newly-shortened opener was premiered just after Mike Elgan left the TWiT network.
