The Pelican Brief memorandum

The Pelican Brief memorandum is a controversial anonymous blog post published on May 1, 2016 demanding resign of Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu.[1][2][3]On May 4 Ahmet Davutoglu met Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Presidential Complex and it is announced he will not run for leadership again in upcoming special party congress.[4] It is described as a Palace Coup d'état in Turkish social media[5] and by other sources.[6][7]
