The Swagman is a 1965 Australian TV play.[1] It aired as part of Wednesday Theatre.
The screening of the program was controversial.[2]
Despite being set in Australia, it was written by a British writer.
Plot
A married woman intends to commit adultery with a labourer, but their plans are interrupted by a tramp.
