The Troubleshooters is the third album by the Los Angeles Latino group Funkdoobiest. This is the group's first album without Tomahawk Funk after he left the group to help raise his son. Unlike their previous two albums, there is no production by their mentor DJ Muggs. The first single "Papi Chulo" features Tha Dogg Pound member Daz Dillinger. The song "Act On It" was used on the soundtrack to the movie The Big Hit. Unlike their last two albums which contained some explicit sexual content, this album is considered more west coast gangsta themed. The album focuses on songs about race and heritage, especially the Hispanic culture. Like their previous album this CD still contains profanity, but was never released in an edited version.
