Theclinesthes albocincta is a species of butterfly native to most of Australia.[2] Its common name is Bitterbush Blue[2] or Bitter-bush Blue.[1]

The wingspan is about 20 mm. Adults are bluish-grey with chequered margins. The hindwings have a small tail. Males have a black spot on the upper side of the hindwings, next to the tail.[3]

The larvae feed on Adriana hookeri and Adriana klotzschii.
