Morris Sugden
Sir Theodore Morris Sugden FRS, (31 December 1919 – 3 January 1984) was a British chemist who was master of Trinity Hall, Cambridge and winner of the Davy Medal. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1963.[1]
Life
Sugden was born in the village of Triangle, Calderdale, West Yorkshire, England. He had his early education at Sowerby Bridge and District Secondary School and gained an open scholarship to Jesus College, Cambridge.
Legacy
The Sugden Award is named in his honour.
