Thermoniphas distincta is a butterfly in the Lycaenidae family. It is found in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, western Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of Congo (Lualaba and Shaba) and northern Zambia.[2] The habitat consists of stream banks.
